SHIPPING
AND HANDLING
Under most circumstances, please allow 7 business days
for shipping. Packages are shipped via UPS Ground Service unless another service
is requested. Other options will require an additional handling fee. Delivery
times will vary depending on items being shipped and the destination. We do not
take responsibility for any additional charges such as applicable taxes in your
area, brokerage fees, or any additional handling.
RETURNS
AND EXCHANGES
Ta Da will be happy to issue a full refund for items
returned within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by a receipt AND in the item’s
proper, original condition. All sale items, vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces,
and perishables are final sale. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Unfortunately,
we are unable to credit any additional costs not originally charged by Ta Da.
OUR PRIVACY STATEMENT
We neither sell nor
share your information with outside companies or third parties.
When
you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping
addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide
this information so that we may process and ship your order. We respect your privacy
by not selling or sharing this information.
We encourage you to
sign up for our e-mailing list as these letters provide you with advance notice
of store sales, new lines, and other store-related events. You have the freedom
to remove your name from our list at any time.
YOUR ORDER
Tracking, Changing or Canceling an Order
You may cancel any
item from your order provided that it has not yet entered the shipping process.
Simply contact us at sales@tadahf.com.
Please keep in mind that orders may enter this process within just a few
hours of placing your order.
SALES TAX
For
Canadian orders, we are required to charge PST and GST to all orders within British
Columbia. GST will be applied to all other orders within Canada, outside of BC.
Any orders outside of Canada are not charged sales tax by Ta Da. However, taxes
applicable to your area may apply and be payable upon receipt.
